I would just continue where u left off. Each workout builds from each other level 3 i feel is tough but i love level 2 the best! I felt it gave me more of a complete workout. U will get great results on any level u do. Just move up when u feel ur body is ready. I still do level 1 sometimes but just do the advanced version

My advice to you is dont get frustrated when u mess up. I have done this so many times. Once u mess up u feel like ur day is messed up so u may as well eat eveything u want. I donot think that skipping meals is a good approach to weight loss. You may be lacking alot of nutrients your body needs to boost your metabolism. You also may feel hungry throughout the day. Try to get u some quick options for breakfast u can have on the way to class. Maybe protein shakes, nutri grain bars, dry cereal…
