Thanks everyone! I have worked so hard these last two months to get off the 20lbs and don't want to botch this! Not wanting to gain but being realistic. I will let you guys know how it goes :happy:

I switched to low carb and even raised my calories from 1200 to 1500 daily and lost 20 more pounds in 2 months. I am now 137 with 12 more to lose.

19 lbs lost in 59 days! I have 14 more lbs to go to reach my 125lbs goal weight. I set my calories at 1500 and have 20g-45g carbs a day with 50-60% fat intake and 30% to 40% protein. I love it so far! I never go hungry!

14Lbs! I just changed my weight loss goals today. In the beginning I wanted to get back the weight I had been for most of my mairrage (140). Now that I am so close I have decided to get back to my pre-mairrage weight of 125. I will probably regret it but I am at least going to try. Still on Adtkins >25 carbs a day.

Just started yoga a month ago. I tried at home and finally got the courage to take a beginner class. The first class I shook terribly, my strenght and coordination were terrible. I am much more steady and able to move with more strenght in just a month. I too benefit from the "calm" a class puts me into!

Thanks, I had 2 last night and stopped. So far no boating and I am still in ketosis this morning. Now to figure out what to do about my leg cramps. I know I am not getting enough potassium even with multivitamins. I am adding Mortons no salt that has a high concentration on potassium chloride. Hope it helps!

Thank you! I think I am going to look for high fiber low card foods to give me additional choices. Not that I have been starving but I am soooo ready to up my carbs a bit due to limitations in my diet.

I did not buy the Adtkins book.. I went by the web site for my induction ( my diary is open). I did not read anything about net carbs.. Are you low carbers counting carbs or net carbs? I just finished week two and since I only have 10lbs to lose I am moving on to phase two. It would be easier to use net carbs and choose…

I am in the same boat Maaggie1. I lost 8lbs counting calories and have been stuck forever. This is day 4 of my induction!

In the same boat! Going on a camping trip with the family. My plan is to shop ahead for meals that help me watch my calories and stay active all weekend. I dare anyone to bring a chocolate bunny or Cadbury egg in my direction! Good Luck & enjoy your weekend!
