Dude, get out of my head lol. I second this! Also, The Dope Show by Marilyn Manson, Nachtmahr by Nachtmahr, and Freak on a Leash by KoRn.

Sear them in a pan with whatever fat you prefer to give them a nice, crisp brown crust (about 5 minutes per side). Whip up some spicy mayo by combining mayo, Asian hot sauce (like Sriracha), bit of lemon juice, and some finely chopped green onions (all to taste). Toast a whole wheat bun, liberally apply spicy mayo, toss on…

I use these on a regular basis lol! I'm also partial to "fudgecicles", "flock", and "nertz".

I had a short conversation with a coworker when I was in the middle of losing weight. Her words were: "I don't wanna lose a ton of weight. I wanna stay thick but I just wanna tone up, you know?" I told her she won't be seeing any of this "toned" muscle by staying "thick". Her response: "Well I don't want HUGE muscles like…

THIS! ARGH! I was plagued with this kind of accursed configuration since puberty! So yeah, I have tiny tits, but at least I also have a waist now.

Not sight or smell, but mouth feel... of blueberries... The texture of trying to chew a fresh, raw blueberry makes me gag and I cannot, for the life of me, swallow even one. However, I've overcome this awkward dilemma by sticking any and all blueberries that come through the front door in the freezer! Frozen blueberries…

1. Eggs 2. Brown bread 3. Bananas 4. Apples 5. Oranges 6. Tomatoes 7. Peanut butter 8. Canned tuna 9. Green beans 10. Cheese I put tuna as the only protein because I try really, really hard to make sure my big "supper" proteins are different each time I go grocery shopping. I was starting to get tired of chicken at one…

I do! Or did... I shrank out of my skinny box altogether.

To be honest, I thought the elbows-to-ribs was a modified push-up to work your triceps... That's how I've been using them. :< My regular push-up is elbows out, so to speak.

Oooooo I hate this! >.< I've had people give me weird or dirty looks because they think I'm just sitting around staring at them. Sorry if your face is in the way of the only clock around here!
-
I DO! D: But I was also foolish and bought a lot of new clothes halfway through my journey. Some didn't even last a month before I shrunk out of them. Silly me... I keep telling myself that ONE DAY I'll take them in so they'll fit better, but I'm just such a procrastinator lol.

I said it before and I'll say it again. I wanna Miss Yo when I grow up. X3 Teehee!

My intimidation factor probably has a lot to do with how I dress. Lots of strangers tend to make wide loops around the goth chick in 6" platforms. But hey, if it keeps the crazies away from me while I'm trying to mind my own business on public transit, then so be it! I also think that people in my hometown in general would…

Increase the intensity of your squats by doing jumping squats. Hold some kind of weight to increase it even further. You can also try box jumps (exactly what it sounds like, just be sure to jump using both legs. Don't do a step-up).

Bump! I'm curious about adding protein powder to my baked goods as well. I know as a baking standard that adding egg yolks to a recipe will moisten it if it comes out dry... Don't know if that will apply to protein powder though.

And that's the point. Push-up planks, or planks on your hands, are a more difficult form to maintain. You can also do switch planks, where you raise yourself from elbows to hands, then lower yourself back down. Rinse and repeat. And then there are side planks, T-planks, the list goes on.

PB & C Banana Shake: 1 banana 2 tbsp peanut butter 1/2 cup chocolate almond milk 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder 3 ice cubes Makes about 1 1/2 cups. It's my favorite recipe so far because CHOCOLATE. :3

I don't use protein shakes as meal replacements. I drink them as a beverage with a meal, or I drink it as a snack in between. I drink them to make sure I get enough protein each day, and it helps fill out my fruit and veggie intake, too. It gets harder to fill my protein quota as grocery day draws near and I start to run…

I would definitely up your calories. You're a tall, tall guy, hon. MY BMR at 5'1" is 1500. So for you to eat the equivalent of what my little body needs at its lowest level of activity doesn't make a lot of sense. Try changing your weight loss goals on MFP to 1 lb. per week and see what numbers it gives you. I know it's…

I think this can help a lot. A really big bottle makes it easier because you won't have to run around as often to refill it. I used to carry around one of those massive 2 liter Naya water bottles in college and I'd easily have to refill it at least twice in one day.
-
Nope. I just get used to it. I was the office gag when I had my desk job because you'd find me in the bathroom more often than at my desk! :P I love water anyway. Plus, I don't really drink anything else besides almond milk, so my options are extremely limited. Not that I mind. :)

Sweet baby Jesus, look at those guns! O.O I can't wait to look like that. :3

Thank you, everyone. :blushing: Still waiting on some of the other fabulous ladies of MFP! I know there are lots out there with some great musculature!

While I have lost a significant amount of weight (52 lbs.), I'm nowhere near finished sculpting my body. I've been on the StrongLifts 5x5 program for almost 4 weeks and I'm hoping to see a nice difference in my body composition by the 10th week. Here's a little bit of my work in progress. :)…

Scales don't do a very good job at measuring body fat %. You're better off investing in some skin fold calipers (you can find many on Amazon) and using an online calculator to figure it out. It's still not perfect, but it's much more accurate than a scale. Here's the one I use: http://www.linear-software.com/online.html. I…

Honestly, I would tell him to suck it up. I'm not the forgiving type anymore since I've learned to enjoy foods I used to dislike in the pursuit of health (blueberries, bell peppers, cauliflower, mushrooms, and onions to an extent). I have a friend who is the absolute worst for this. All he eats is frickin' chicken and…

Why settle for regular Oreos when you can make your own?... At FOUR times the size! :D
