I agree with this advice. I try to bring healthy versions of foods like a coleslaw made with greek yogurt, kabobs or marinated chicken to throw on the grill. I also try to avoid the chips because I eat too many of those (but if somebody makes a delicious salsa I go for it and then try to balance out the rest of the week).

I like the new format but I wish they would create a way to log what your ate for dinner to lunch the next day. I often take leftovers to work for lunch but the app only allows you to copy a dinner meal to another dinner meal.

It's not recommended because you could be getting less than your daily need for protein and lose lean tissue. And without at least 1200 calories it is extremely difficult to get your micronutrients. Plus the whole starvation mode message on MFP. Just keep up the good work! You'll see results. No need to hate your diet :)
