HI- welcome!!! I joined almost 2 weeks ago and can see a difference! I can relate as I have yo-yo in weight most of my adult life so I understand how you feel. I agree that being active here we will lose the weight and then hopefully maintain it ! Feel free to "friend" me! :smile:

Congrats!!! Drinking water helps prevent water retention so maybe the 5lbs included water weight and weight loss. BIG CONGRATS!!!!!! Keep it up!!!!!!!!!! Anne :smile:

O'maley-chart looks fantastic! Thank you for doing this! I have not been on here much (except for logging food and workouts) so I will try and block some time tomorrow to see everybody's results! We can lose these pounds by Vday! I know it! :wink:

This is my first day too and though my calorie count could be lower i did see improvements. Welcome LaVerne2008! I am new here and all I can say that will work well (as I have used another site once and lost 5-+ pounds there) is to really kick up the exercise piece as this will burn LOTS of calories and of course stay in your calorie limit too! Welcome, I am new here (day #1 for me too)!

Welcome and yes it is MUCH EASIER to lose weight before having kids and then you will have less to lose post baby! I have 2 kiddos (5 and 2yo) and it is a blessing!! I just joined here and love it so I bet you will too! Good luck to you and I will send you a "Friend" request. Anne (from VA)
