Also, change up your workout and sometimes eating more can help. It is possibly a metabolism issue. Are you getting enough calories in a day. I know how you feel as I actually gained a few pounds while training for my marathon this past fall and was burning more cals then I was taking in. VERY frustrating, I have now…

Have you checked your thyroid?
-
This is great information as I am also training for my first marathon and have been struggling with hunger and logging. I will check my settings. Thank you..........

Agree. I am with you on this!! I have benefited with a daily breakfast but I guess it is everyone' choice here. I thrive on eating a healthy breakfast!

There is a difference between 85% and 90% but I will eat either. It is all good stuff indeed!!!!!!!!

They are great bars too....a little bit more pricey but a GREAT cause indeed!

I will...do you eat the banana or chocolate first?
-
I never knew this! I will have to eat a square post runs!

It has been a lot of fun reading all of you all's responses!!! I truly love any dark chocolate too!!! I have bought the 85% and the 90% and prefer the taste of the 85% and there is a taste difference but I will eat either. 70% is yummy too though I cannot eat just one as it is sweeter and the sugar is tough to turn down. I…

Did you know the true meaning of breakfast? It is "break-the-fast" and it IS the most important mean of the day. If you are not hungry in the morning (which can happen) then eat something like a banana and I bet that in an hour or so you will be hungry. I also think you have to train your body to want breakfast as I used…

Great job!

Oh and have you had your hormones checked by a doc? Could be caused by a thyroid issue. I would look into this possibility if things do not improve. I agree about upping pro/fiber (recommend Kashi Go Lean Bars) and lesson or reduce sugar for sure! I would also stay away from any sweet beverages too! Drink TONS of water!…

Eat 5 small meals a day and I would add some cals as you had 700+ left. Your body could be in starvation mode. Also, change up your workout routine or activity as your body becomes immune. Good luck!

I agree with this advice. You need to ease in slowly when you start a running program. Walking is a GREAT start and when you feel strong slowly add some running in. For example, you could walk 4 blocks and then run 2. Base on how much running you do on how you feel and most importantly see your doctor before starting a new…
