I am a runner too. Last summer, I would go out for runs before 7am before the heat was too extreme. I also run with a hydration belt and drink lots before and after a run to prevent dehydration. Tread mills are an option too and since I have a 2 and 6yo I often go to the gym as they have built in childcare. Good luck and…

Do not worry and if it does then maybe take your workout out of the gym (i,.e., walk, run , bike, etc. outdoors). Keep moving and you will not think about this again...:-) I want your 1000 mile ticker as I am a runner and keeping track of my miles too! Where do I get this? Thanks-Anne

I agree with everyone here....great advice!! I usually eat back all my exercise calories as yes it is my "ticket" to eating more (as I LOVE to eat) and your body needs it. Hope this helps and good luck to you!

Weekly WI-173.6 I think it was water weight loss when I reported the same weight loss a few weeks ago as I feel more trim now then at that time. I hope it continues!! Everybody is doing great--keep it up! Margie-good luck with your 5k tomorrow and thank you for keeping the chart going!! Anne :-)

Yes, meant to add eggs. I do eat 1 hard boil egg when I need protein but limit one per day. All of these are helpful ideas. I should add cottage cheese and I need to try some protein shakes out. Thank you!
