5'4 Hw: 230lbs about 10yrs ago, after I had my 2nd kiddo. LW: 125lbs, 4 yrs ago I was training to do a 220km bike ride into the mountains CW: 157lbs, 4 yrs ago wasn't that long ago and I'm planning on doing the ride again next year :smile:

I do mini goals for every 10lbs I have rewards planned out. For my first (160lbs) was a haircut, had been 2 yrs since I had one and I dislike my hair anything but short lol. My next goal (150lbs) will be prof pics with my kiddos, haven't done any with all of us since my seperation. The next one will be, funny enough, a gym…

I like the $1 in a jar for every workout idea. I set up rewards for every 10lbs lost. First goal was achieved last week, haircut time! For my next 10lbs I'm going to get family pics done with my kiddos. These are both things I haven't done in a cpl of years so for me that makes a difference as opposed to rewarding myself…
