okay, thank you for the information. i plan on eating healthy, already am. Was just hoping to target that area but now that i know it wont work i'll stick to zumba and other things. i appreciate the help :)

You should try juicing. Kale, spinach, apple, strawberries and a scoop of protein powder makes for a yummy shake and it's healthy.

Before when I had lost 50 lbs using mfp I would track everything I was going to eat for the day the night before. If you decide on what your going to eat your more likely to stay on track
