  • Just want to say thanks to everyone for their advice. I chose not to follow my friends advice of slim fast and have instead been making my own smoothies and juices. Ive been a little rubbish on the food logging recently but that is due to my phone breaking ( see the post above) and i cant always run to my laptop everytime…
  • Its ok to peek :) Im usually very good with logging but my phone has been broken so by the time im home from work i dont always remember to come on here and log. I do however make a small note of everything i eat each day. I find having a visual of what ive eaten helps me to see what i need to change :)
  • I have been told i need more calories before but the problem is, i eat when im hungry. The things i do eat fill me up aswell. And i drink so much water during the day that i dont tend to snack. Im trying very hard to up my calories though. Do you guys have any advice on healthy but higher calorie meals that i could try out?
  • Wow youve lost so much! I had a bad day yesterday, feeling ill and just wanted to eat EVERYTHING in sight! but i battled on and feel better for it thanks to reading success stories on here!

  • Ive just started properly this year too and want to try and shift some horrid weight before festival season kicks off again! Nothing nice about clambering in and out of tents with a big belly ! And id love to look nice in some little denim shorts in the summer! Im on here every day so im sure we can help each other out!
