  • yeah, I still drink beer, but go for the low carb brands. The downside, I need to excercise more to get back the calorie deficit I need. I've given up eating a lot of crap, so beer is the one thing I see as a well deserved reward, but it has to be managed.

  • It has to be a real activity to count. Apart from ACTAUL excercise activity I log lawn mowing. This is a min of 2 hours using a push mower which is good for up to 800 cals (monitor value not a guess), especially on my steep yard.
