Thanks guys! I'm gonna try and add more veggies to it and use only Oil no butter! My family is BIG on butter so if they want it they can add it to their own! I was just using mine, did it for about 40 mins or so then my foot started to fall asleep, so I decided to give it a rest. I can feel it in my legs and my core.
