I like making chicken salad... which is rotisserie chicken, mayo, little onion or green onion and celery and sometimes some mustard... really good to eat with avocado... or on romaine... Also, jalepeno poppers... not the battered ones... but cut a jalepeno in half fill with cream cheese and wrap with bacon... cook in oven…

The greens are great for boosting immunity and giving you some extra energy... the fat burners not so much... I used to sell it, but they didn't work for me lol... I do love the greens though...

I have the cheap version (20 bucks) of the weight watcher scale and it is very inacurate... if it is moved at all you can go up or down about 10 lbs... my sister has the more expensive one and likes it alot.

I would say try to still be somewaht mindful of what you eat, at least for breakjast and lunch and stay as active as possible. I did that on my cruise last year and worked fairly well for me :) good luck!
