Hahaha, love it! Well done :)

Started at a 40G. Now a 36G. Still waiting for those cup sizes to go down, grrrr.

You are so inspirational! I felt my eyes filling up as I read your story. It just goes to show that those of us who are fortunate enough not to have a disability should not take our bodies and ability to exercise for granted! Well done, you look amazing. Enjoy :)

Haha! Yay for the welcome return of missing bones! :)

I'm going to be cheeky and say lots of things :) The fact that I have dark hair, pale skin and blue eyes My hair itself - it's naturally curly but straightens really well - best of both worlds! My lips, apparently they're "luscious", haha My calves, they're pretty defined

I net around 1400, feel free to add me :)

Wow, you look like a completely different person! Awesome work, well done :)

90lb, seriously? This is a very low weight. How tall are you? Even if you're only 4ft 10, this would make your BMI 18.5.

Thanks guys! Wouldn't have been anywhere near as easy without the support of my fellow MFP-ers! In response to the question about how long it took me, I've been on my journey since March 2012. I lost about 35lb between March 2013 and end of December 2012 as I took things quite slowly and had a few lapses. In January, I…

Carbs are not the enemy! I am sick to the back teeth of this "war on carbs" - your body NEEDS a certain level of carbs for energy. Choose low GI carbs - plain porridge, wholemeal bread, brown rice. Potatoes are fine, just watch your portion control as it;'s very easy to convince yourself that a large potato is "small".…

Not sure how calories are supposed to be some kind of diet industry ploy given that they are a scientific unit of measurement? If they are merely fad diet propaganda, my college biology tutor must have been in on the conspiracy too.

Eat them. Tasty and good for you! Everything in moderation :)

Well done, you look awesome :)

Amazing transformation, well done! :)

Massive difference, well done :)

I have the same thing every day, for ease. I have my breakfast in work because I don't really feel like eating when I first wake up. I have toast (wholemeal bread) with low fat soft cheese. Helps me get my daily calcium levels up too.

Well done both of you, excellent NSVs! :) Haha, I know what you mean about the "running for the bus scenario", that's me every morning! I'm impressed that I can now even do it with a cigarette hanging out of my mouth! Note to self, must stop smoking soon... :)

Wow! I couldn't even tell which one was you in the "after" pic with your friends, had to look really hard at it! You look great, you're a completely new person. Well done :)

Thanks :) I hope my photos can spur people on. I was such a binge eater and couch potato before I changed my habits. Now I tell myself "I'm choosing to eat like a human being, rather than a pig at a trough!". If I can do it, anyone can :)

This thread is so inspiring! Well done everyone :) Hopefully I'll be back here in the future saying I've lost 112lb!

Wow, spooky! We should start our own club! Haha. Thanks :) Well done on your weight loss too :) Also, thanks to everyone else who has congratulated me. You guys are so supportive, much appreciated!
