I don't eat the same thing every day. But I eat the same 4-5 breakfasts and rotate them out. Cereal one day, smoothie one day, breakfast sandwich one day (I like those Special K flatbread things), Greek yogurt and fruit one day, etc.

That my husband can lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks and it takes me 6 weeks of being super diligent to barely lose 5 pounds. That I can't eat like I used to and maintain or lose weight. Bah.
