My current weight is 207. I started at 210 lbs. I'm 5'4 and according to the BMI chart I should be around 145 lbs to have a normal BMI. I'm in. My husband...an avid water drinker is after me all the time to drink more water. I just don't consume enough in a day. I drink tea mostly with 1-2 teaspoons of sugar. Trying to give up sugar too.....a work in progress!
