  • I did Upper Fix and Power Strength Extreme today. Still had to drop down on knees time to time when doing push-ups. Curl to press was tough one, too. Well, not the biceps curl but the press. Had to switch to lighter weights. Power Strength Extreme was a lot of fun :)
  • Lower Fix today. Had to switch to light weight early when doing squat-knee raise and I had to use light weights when I did curtsey lunge. I really need those "middle" weights. Split squat is tough! Finished the workout session with Autumn's Iso Strength Chisel.
  • Still going strong and doing all the exercises I have planned to do :) Eating should be better in the weekend when I can finally buy some food.
  • ^ Excellent! I did 21 Day Fix - Upper Fix Extreme, 21 Day Fix - 10-Minute Fix For Abs and Insanity - Pure Cardio today. I still have energy left lol But 80 minutes of cardio is more than enough. Food wise not going that well 'cause I'm broke.

  • I completely know what it is to suffer from depression and anxiety. Try not to restrict your diet too much and look for exercises you enjoy. That way it's easier. I don't forbid myself any food and I only do exercises that I like (so I hardly ever run lol). Feel free to add me~
