Still alive! Worked my legs today with two 21 Day Fix workouts. That was a tough workout session! Also, I'm pretty damn proud that I have gone to gym four times this week! I missed lifting so much.

Losing weight hasn't affected my depression and anxiety in any way. Being fat (well, having been) wasn't the reason I started to suffer from depression in the first place.

I like the workouts (excluding pilates and yoga - but I don't like those two in general so...). Haven't followed the meal plan and never will. And I buy protein powders from local stores.

I felt better today so I did Upper Fix and Power Strength Extreme. For Upper Fix I upped my heavy weights from 6.6kg to 9.1kg. I exercised at night. Total Body Cardio Fix felt surprisingly easy. I finished the workout session with The Master's Hammer and Chisel - Iso Strength Chisel. I haven't followed the meal plan, but today I did some changes to my nutrition goals. I increased my protein intake and lowered my calorie goal.

Rest day for me. Just a little bit of stretching and some ab exercises. I need one good rest day a week 'cause I often do two hard workouts a day.

I worked out at night. Lower Fix and Dirty 30 Extreme. Both were okay, but now, 17 hours later, my legs are sore and tired.

Gackt's Ghost is probably my #1 workout song when I hit the gym. All in all I prefer listening to j-rock when I lift.

It's worse. And my doctor prescribed meds that don't help (I have tried them twice before) so I'm especially cranky today. ^ That's awesome! I did Upper Fix and 10-Minute Fix For Abs today. Push-ups and plank were better this time even though I still feel kinda blah. Finished the workout with Insanity Max 30 - Sweat Intervals.

I've only done Chisel Endurance and Iso Strength Chisel, but I like them, especially the last mentioned. All the Chisel exercises look great I'm not gonna do Hammer workouts 'cause I don't like Sagi.

I haven't slept any better, but I have slightly more energy today so I did work out. I did Total Body Cardio Fix which was fine, didn't need to modify anything. And I finished my workout session with The Master's Hammer and Chisel - Chisel Endurance.

Extreme is tough and there isn't that much to modify (unless you make something up yourself). I did Cardio Fix and 10 Min Hardcore today. Nothing special really. I hate mountain climbers... Finally went to get those 5kg dumbbells today :)
