Not a birthday thing but along the lines of unconcerned parents: I recently completed my student teaching at an elementary school. I live in the same area as the school so occasionally I see some of the students around town. I was a music student teacher and only saw the kids once a week for 7 weeks so I didn't have any…

I have the active.com C25K one. Its 1.99 but I think its totally worth it. It keeps track of time for you and lets you know when to walk/jog/cool down. And the gps tracks your distance and maps your route! You can make a music playlist or I used pandora in the background and it worked fine. Plus the trainer voices are…

This summer I got the Country Megaticket for all the concerts in my area. So far I've seen Sugarland, Lady Antebellum, Darius Rucker, Thompson Square, Eden's Edge, Rascall Flatts, Little Big Town and Eli Young Band. Still got some more concerts coming up with Toby Keith, Brantly Glibert, Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, The Band…

If you really look into the "miracle" diets all of them only work in conjunction with a sensible diet and exercise. So why pay for a supplement that's going to force you to do what you can do for free? I do drink the walmart brand of slimfast shakes for breakfast because its quick and easy but I don't feel like that is the…

I go to a gym that's run by my city's parks&rec. The prices are really good but you pay for the whole year at once. For my age group it was $65 (18-25) and for the next age bracket (basically 25 to senior citizen) its $120.
