Why don't you try and find a gym that has a room for kids too? Some local rec centers or a YMCA kinda thing usually have a kids fitzone- if they get excited about going it might help with motivation since they'll probably bug you about going :) Also don't worry about other people. I brought my own healthy snack and water to the movies today instead of buying super butttery popcorn and a soda. It was WAY cheaper too :) And I started taking multivitamins so I'm not missing anything from my diet!

Honestly I think the nest thing you can do is allow yourself to have some sweets. Keep a small amount of ice cream or chocolate on hand for when you get a craving. That way the craving won't get so out of control that you run to the store and down a pint a ben&jerry's (I've been guilty on more than one occasion haha). You…
