Sunday. I indulge a meal and rest on Sunday, so if I can just hold out till Sunday, I'm good! Then come the next week, about Thursday, I'm tired and hungry but Sunday is soon so I can make it!

I did! I was not eating my exercise calories and my net was 800 to 900 a day. It worked wonders to begin with but then I hit that wall for 4 weeks! All that starving and not an ounce lost! I started to eat back my exercise calories and BAM! I dropped a few right away.

Just do it! Hiking is my favorite. Good shoes and lots of water and time are what you need. You'll be amazed at how your body will adapt quickly to what you're doing. Just get out there and enjoy!

I love a serving of FF cottage cheese and about 4 ounces of strawberries sliced. I add a packet or 2 of sweetener to bump up the sweet. It's a treat for me. Now, when I need some ice cream, I just have some ice cream. Sometimes ya just gotta and get it over with!

I find it to be helpful. I would recommend it 'cause it does keep you thinking.... Hummm... They're going to know I ate this! But definitely keep it honest. The only person you fool is yourself because it will show up somewhere on your body, right?! Good Luck!
