I'm 5'3" and i weigh 170 now . I have gained weight since having surgery and unable to exercise.I have been able to start working out since july but I'm not doing to good at getting back at it. My goal is 140lbs. I would love to reach it by the new year.

Yes i do feel like giving up and that is why I have never reached my goal. I have successfully kept off 65lbs for 4years but have never reached my goal. I have 30 lbs to go now thanks to giving up and not finishing what i started.I was only 15lbs away.

You have done fantastic.I know you must be proud of yourself.I have lost 65 and kept it off but struggling with the last 30.I'm thinking maybe something inside me is keeping me from pushing to get there.

Write a inspirational speech to yourself and read it everyday.I did that when i lost the majority of my weight and still read it occasionally.It will help you to think clearly each day about why you are losing the weight and how much you want it.

I have always been shy and I had a friend that told me just talk to someone if they don't like you it is there problem, the point is you never know until you try. Just talk.

I'm doing the 30 day shred now and I hope i can see results at the end of the 30 days. You are already so small maybe thats why its not that noticeable in the pictures. I'm use to exercising but i am definitely using muscles i haven't worked as hard as i am in the video. Congrats on your success in doing the shred.
