Yes I started out by logging on mfp and 20 mins exercise daily at home Loads of exercises on you tube Fitnessblender.com my favourite, plus you can just walk if you want to Good luck

I did the same as you and did the calculations. It then got frustrating when I realised it wasn't always going to that plan It's good to know from the offset that it will just take as long as it takes just keep going
