OP so in what context are we talking? offering advice when asked or minding someones business? close family and friends, or stranger on the street? p.s unless someone has other issues going on most people know there size is out of control

you are 5'11 you can eat way more than that and still lose weight. Just fit in a few treats in its ok just dont go overboard look after yourself my dear before you make yourself ill.

Well I gave all my large sizes to charity there is no going back I hate exercising and miss eating unnecessarily large amounts of food but I don't want to be obese ever again So I snap out of it quickly and carry on

4 pounds after awhile you will realise you have wasted money and could have eaten more and still lost the same weight. then you will use mfp as designed and be successful Good luck
