Hey Team Yellow (and all!) My body has a very physical reaction to stress, and with everything going on in my life my body was so out of whack today. I tried to stay on track with my eating but I know I went over and felt too icky to move much :( hopefully I'll do better tomorrow.

There's a great program called Couch to 5K. It starts you off slowly and builds you up. You'll most likely find it in the threads as C25K. I'm starting it on monday :)

Ugh trying to fight the food craving. Still looking for a job and spending most of my days compulsively checking careerbuilder and my email for any news about jobs. Downside: major stress-eating cravings. Upside: for the most part, I'm too broke to buy anything but the essentials. And to get to the grocery store I have to…

Good luck at the race Meagalayne! Eating while traveling is always hard for me, too, but it looks like you're definitely focused enough to get it done!

Okay so I just quit my first real-life job (i'm so grown up now!) which means definitely cutting back on the fast food, and I have no excuses to not go to my 24-hr gym at my apartment complex. The main thing now is going to be not stress-eating or eating because I'm bored... i think i can i think i can i think i can

hi new friends! haha I figured I would try to become more active on the thread to motivate myself to get back in the game. June is going to be a really, really hard month for me. On Friday I'm moving from Cape Cod, MA to Charlotte, NC for a new job. The stress of moving is really getting to me and it makes me want to hide…

My dear father tries, he really does, and I love him for it, but one year he just couldn't get it right. A couple of years ago I asked for a Red Sox hat for my birthday, a blue one with a green "B". He got me a green one with a red B (i think all he heard was green). I admitted it wasnt the one I asked for, but it was…

Thanks! I'm not actually looking to spend that much money, that's just what it seems to cost to move to Boston. I'm really looking for somewhere in a city instead of a T ride away because I'm looking to be able to go out at night and not worry about how I'm getting back. I really miss being in a city. My major concern…

i was in a four year relationship where i built all my plans for my future around him and what he wanted. when he broke up with me it pretty much destroyed me (classically pathetic, i know). i'm finally building my life for what i want, and with my graduation in three weeks i like being able to make plans without giving a…

I really don't think that Tom Hanks is all that attractive. I was a bit upset to see him in the Angels and Demons and The DiVinci Code

Is it a problem if you're single and have no intentions of that changing in the near future?

I love the jasmine vanilla aromatherapy line at Bath and Body Works (side note: i'm a little bias, i work there). When i really want to spoil myself I'll use the shower gel and the sugar scrub in the shower and then i'll lotion up afterwards. Always does the trick.

i love 100 cal snacks!! I think they'd definitely help, especially with food cravings. Plus, it's a great way to manage portion control!!

I just wanted to comment as someone who has never been diagnosed with an ED, but I was diagnosed a few months back with major depression. I understand the struggle to change the way you're think about yourself and the world around you. It frustrates me to see people on this site who think that people just need a rude wake…
