I am in the same boat. I lose a few, then gain it all back and around and around I go. I weighed 162.5 this morning and am 5'4". My goal...that I can't seem to make progress on is to get down to 135.

instead of doing the Shred today, I did JM's Killer Abs dvd. It was hard in an entirely different way. Some of the crazy exercised I couldn't do, like the dancing crab. Anyway, it was a fun change of pace. I think I am going to alternate this Dvd with the Shred for a change of pace... Each week, I am going to shoot for 3x…

Day three done. Modified push-ups were a little easier. Still can't do them whole time, but could do more than when I started. Jumping Jacks and Jump rope were way harder today.. Side lunge exercise was brutal today, too. I still have to stop a few times through out to catch my breath.. Are we supposed to do this day after…

I agree with many of the posts. I did it before a year or so a go and remembered it was hard, but was still surprised by how out of shape I am. The push ups were definitely the worst.

You have received lots of good tips. Just be careful. The SALT will cause you to retain fluids and weight gain may show up a couple of days later.
