I have the BM and I love it. It gives you tons more data than a fitbit and puts all of your data into graphs so its easily readable. I did some research before buying it and it is supposed to be alot more accurate also. I love it.

We are big hunters up here in Wyoming. I make stews, soups, chilis, LOTS of homemade jerky, roasts. Grill it, you can do just about everything with it as you can beef.

I had something similar and went to the doc. They said it was "costalcondritis" which is the inflammation of the cartilage by your ribs. It usually goes away within a few weeks and is common in middle aged people. Mine was hurting so bad, so I thought it was my heart and had it checked. Maybe this is what you have

I did two rounds of turbofire and lost about 50 pounds! STILL love it to this day and often throw in a workout after my T-25 on some days. I would say go for it, but do listen to your body. I had wayy less than the precious years! So That means im coming along right? Usually I would have eaten the whole bucket but I only had 4 pieces and was under calories. :)

I know that if I hold 500 cal deficits I don't loose a pound a week. Usually I have to have much larger deficits like around 800-1000 cals to see any change on the scale. But I love to see the data and it has been working or me as I have lost about 10 pounds since getting it.

I agree. Im on the Beta phase and those spider push ups still kill me. But I can tell I am getting stronger though. Just keep pushing through!

I had mine out last year. I ate things like eggs, yogurt, lots of broth, pudding. I didn't worry about calories though because I was very overweight. It's only for a couple day you can eat regular foods. I would just take it slowly and eat what you think is okay.

On most days, my sugar is well over 100.(I know, seems like ALOT) but I eat a lot of fruits and the occasional treats. This, in no way, has affected my weight loss. Still loosing so it doesn't bother me.

I usually just dance, jog, do jumping jacks, or run in place for a little while. Very easy to do!
