I haven't been really good at logging my dinner's this week. But the night time isn't really a problem. Just during the day.

I don't have the time in the morning to cook breakfast. Even though I start the day with cereal I soon after have a turkey sandwich. In the past 4 hours I have eaten 36g of protein and am still hunger. I am on my 2nd 32oz bottle of water. I'll definitely look into the Quest bars tho!

Oh I do eat more than 800 calories. That's only how much I eat at work (Betweem the hours of 6am-3pm.) I then go home and eat dinner which is usually at least 650 calories or more.

D4 complete!! Did double duty today because I missed yesterday...d3 this afternoon...now just did d4! Second time around was harder due to my muscles already being tired from my first round but I pushed thru and gave it all I could. Now time for a shower and bed! D3 complete! I didn't get to do it yesterday so I did d3 now and I'm planning on hanging with Jillian again in a few hours for d4!! Parts of the workout are getting a little easier. Kept up with push ups in my not so low form but made it thru none the less. Those damn arms lifts tho are gonna be the death of me!

I complete D2 last night but forgot to post! I'm still struggling with push-ups but it did seem like I was able to get a little lower and was able to do more than the day before.
