I am also new to this! I lost 10 lbs last year with weight watchers but gained it all back in the last 8 weeks! I need help! I have heard a lot of great things about this site and I would love to give it a try! I hope I can get support and encouragement so that I don't fall off the wagon again! Feel free to add me!
