um nope anything is bad in excess. but anyway try not to drink more than a 12oz can per day or it makes u bloat or like 2 cans on weekends. n just make sure to always watch ur carb n sugar grams to not gain weight.

well oatmeal by itself 4 breakfast has actually been proven to be the most filling thing u can eat so if u can resist eating a greek yogurt 2 then no oatmeal in the morning should not make u fat haha ps about 160cals-200cals is a normal serving of unsweetened oatmeal which can range from a quartercup aka 44grams or 50grams…

maybe try the miracle noodle brand tofu variety rinsed well n not alfredo but in italian pesto or asian peanut sauce idk i still havent tried them but ya ive heard these 2 sauces make them good!

hey if ur easing into veganism try gardein its the best n daiya mozz cheese n silk almond milk does not have carragean so ya well good luck! im basically vegan but still eat dairy like greek yogurt sometimes n tuna or fish like twice a week! annies has good salad dressings 2 hehe

um well cuz a burger patty or sausage link is convenient to cook but at least does not come off an animal but rather from healthy like soy or gardein quinoa stuff i would say. im practically vegan but eat some dairy like yogurt sometimes n i eat seafood bout twice a week so ya.
