  • 110 is pretty unhealthy. Probably want to be toned then lose weight. Same here girl! (i'm 5'6"also). If you want flat tummy and a nice weight number, replace some of the fat with muscle and do some strength training with your cardio. Pilates is your best friend. Good luck!
