Don't trust blindly the BMI. You can trust a before/after picture ,clothes and mirror. Other than that ,it's all bs.

If you like the green tea, try mixing it with mint or other herb/fruit. Other than that - there are some cool fruit/herbal infusions on the market right now , they still have some benefits, but for a weight loss tool I wouldn't switch to any of them. =)

Just keep it simple ,don't develop unhealthy obsession with food and you will do fine. When I was eating in smaller portions more often I developed such obsession, but continued anyway the vicious cycle thinking that 'I was getting too soft, lack of motivation' and all sort of things. Eating in smaller portions >…

And what keeps me going -well when I stop I feel really bad, like something is missing from me ,like a…

When I'm not tired of my work. Basically 3-4 times per week- strength training (~30-40 min) + cardio (rope jumping/running/punching bag) ~10-15 min.

Nice hair color & love it :p

I love running . Probably the best HIIT training sessions (sprints) - it builds explosive power, whole body workout ,flexibility and it's the best cardio ,but sometimes you need a switch so I also recommend jumping rope / punching bag =))

Well my job / jobs was an obstacle and it is still an obstacle, but I find my way to lose weight.

Yes. It's like taking calories from fat instead of carbs.

Well if you want to get 'fit and toned' first of all eat - too low calories will make you cheat and then become one vicious cycle of not eating - overeating. But during this whole time ,if you have the will to not overeat then you have the chance to be an anorexic. Believe me just eat around your recommended calories. Oh…

Well it's simple ,eat something small - piece of fruit , yogurt or maybe an oatmeal . Working out on empty stomach isn't for everyone .
-
My advice - both (low weights / high reps ; heavy weight / medium reps) works. The reason why they have such bodies is because low weights - high reps just burn more calories (wait for it don't rush !) and improve endurance. As for the heavy weight it improves strength. You can build muscle / lose fat with both of them.…
