your boyfriend should not let you post pics on this site....you look that good! :) Congrats!

Great photo's. When I saw your first pic I thought," wow she is really pretty..." and then saw you're smile changing with every photo. Well Done!! I'm three of four weeks into this and already know how hard you have to work and how patient you have to be...I try to look at one of these a day for inspiration. Thank you so…

I look at one "before and after photo" each morning for a sense of inspiration. Today it is you. You are amazing. Great job. I will continue to work hard.

You look amazing! Congrats on your success. I try to look at at least one of these a day for inspiration. You are today's "winner". Your husband looks like he dropped a few too...good for him.

4lbs...but my next weigh in is Saturday, so who knows...maybe more.

I struggle with this too. It doesn't happen often but if I work out later in the day I find it impossible to eat back my exercise calories. I am afraid of turning my metabolism down if I don't, however, which is what people say you will do......aughhh!

There is a weight training category under cardio on the MFP exercise tab. Just enter weight training as a cardio exercise and it pops up. I have no idea how accurate it is, but it is something to go on if you are interested in adding back calories gained from exercise.

you look incredible. All I can say is wow!

I believe that you already know you should leave this guy and are seeking validation from others. If that is what you want, then fine. Here it is.... get out now. This guy has issues. If you stay with him you will be unhappy the rest of your life.

You look great. I try to look at one of these before and after photo's each day for motivation. I can see it in your face and especially in your waist.

I'm the last guy in the world to give advice here because God know's I've had my nights too..... I'm only two weeks into this but I'm limiting my big nights to one every two weeks. It is not great because those calories add up but it is way better than what I used to do. I also exercise hard the day of and make sure I'm at…

Thank you so much for sharing. try to look at one ultra success story a day just to stay motivated. You are today's winner. The five year mark is what is even more incredible than your weight loss and a true testimonial to you discipline. Well done!

I was very thin as a kid and I hated it. If you would have told me at age 15 that I'd be counting calories some day I would have though you were nuts

I have no idea

You look amazing. Thank you for sharing your story. I'm new to MFP, but can relate to your "all or nothing" comment. I'm the same way. I'm one week in and still adjusting. Trying hard to stay organized so I can have food ready and stay away from junk. Back at the gym but mixing things up so I don't get bored and just stop.

My question to Bob was very similar as I am new too. I agree that it seems I do nothing but eat too. Yesterday I was shy in calories after exercise and despite a decent 9:30 pm snack, I went to bed with hunger pains....so I'm going to eat back my calories today and try to get the bulk of them in before bed. We'll see what…

Well done! I'm a week into this and why under 200 is not my ideal goal, I know what you mean about it being a milestone! I haven't been there in years either. My name is Don. I'm trying to lose 40. Thank you for sharing your story

You look great and thanks for the bikini shots!! Not to rain on your success, but you look pretty hot at 190 too!

Hey...I could use your help too. 48 year old, Buffalo NY (yes, it is snowing today)....trying to lose 40-50 lbs. I could use someone in my own age group who been through this for a while. By the way, congratulations on your weight lose. You look great.
-
You look incredible! I am trying to lose 40 lbs, so I can only imagine how hard you had to work. Thank you very much for sharing those photo's....I am new and I need some inspiration! You are beautiful!

try to use the same gym scale as close to the same time as you can and stick to once a week-maybe once every two weeks.
-
I'm new to all this, so I am not sure but I suspect you are supposed too....the reason being that if you do not you can end up burning muscle instead of fat which will hurt you in the long run.....I'll be going under that assumption for a while to see how it goes. If someone else is out there that can help me out with…

Holy Crap...you look amazing! I'm a Sabres fan...never cared for the Flyers!!

OMG!! You look amazing. Very beautiful. Congratulations. I am trying to lose 40 lbs, I can only imagine how hard you had to work. I am three of four days into it....I get so very hungry at night. I am staying within my calories, but I get terrible hunger pains-especially at night. I'm hoping that goes away after a while.
