Don't worry about being picky. I eat the same 2 or 3 things every day for breakfast and lunch and then a light dinner. Mostly chicken. You don't have to be really complex with your eating to lose weight. I hate vegetables only like 2 or 3 and I am not much of a fruit eater either. Just stick with what I like. Good luck.

Just do it. There is no trick. You see food eat what you need and that is it. It is hard but the rewards are worth it.

If he isn't working 7 days a week then don't worry about it. I have many friends who are married and work that type of shift. If you are questioning if a work schedule is going to hurt your relationship you better take a hard look at your relationship.

Being a teenage boy at one time myself it seems that at that time boys just eat forever. I remember going to my grandmother's house and eating about a half lb of speghetti and 6 or 7 meat balls. I was about to post this exact topic and thought I would look to see if anyone else had. I hate cottage cheese, so what are some good snacks with a lot of protein? I have some good protein with meals but I am going to start training for a half marathon and will need more than what I am getting.
