  • What I do is this. Under the "exercise" tab I click on "my exercises," then the "create exercise" button. I use a calorie calculator such as this one http://p90xcalories.com/ to put the calories burned for each exercise I create, whether it be Yoga X, Chest and Back, etc. There could be better ones out there, I don't know.…
