I like the 50/50 mix too. That is all we eat at my house. Sunflower seeds, chicken, tuna, boiled eggs, mini pepperoni (only a few because they are high in sodium), bell pepper slices ,and tomatoes are amongst our favorites. Of course if we do chicken we don't also do tuna lol I prefer a fat free low calorie honey mustard…

I'm also pregnant and my doctor encourages it when women are overweight as long as it is healthy. He won't allow me to go too low on calories and when I go in for my checkups I show him my food and exercise logs. A rule of thumb he gave me was start slow. You don't want to jump into strenuous exercise. Losing weight also…

Try biking. It's low impact on your knees and ankles.

I bought a car dvd player and strapped it to my stationary bike. It helps me tune out how long I've been working out too. I also play games on myphone to help ddistract me. I do check my speed to make sure I'm not being lazy while doing it.

You're correct I discovered this last night and surprisingly it was with cheese. So from now on I'll be using my scale.

I just bought a digital that keeps track of the weight loss for two people. It's black and a generic brand. I got it from good ole wallyworld and DO NOT recommend it. The screen display doesn't work as good as it should.

I agree, there are a lot of low calorie versions of things. Lean cuisine makes a three meat pizza that is surprisingly delicious. I'm a salty foods person so the fries and potato chips I can relate to. Special K chips are great. I like the barbeque ones. I think if I didn't have some version of something I love I would…

The fiber one bars are awesome tasting. I love the peanut butter chocolate one. And only 90 calories.

I have two boys and one on the way. The biggest thing for me as far as healthy eating is getting your entire family involved. It's too tempting to not eat junk when my husband does. He has always said he doesn't care what we have for dinner, so he can't complain when I make him whole wheat low calorie meals. As far as…

Don't say never! My husband and I were done. I was on the pill which worked before (same one), we waited four years before having a second 6 months ago. Then surprise, I went to get lab work done B.C. I have graves disease, they called me back and said you're pregnant. I thought that isn't possible. So now I'll have a 5…

My legs ache as well. I have found that if I rub some lotion on them and massage them deeply before I go to bed it helps. Probably icy hot would help too.

You're doing fantastic! Keep up all the hard work!

You can put your diary on private where only you can see it.

I'm pregnant too with my 3rd boy, due June 17th. This is the first pregnancy where I haven't been sick and I haven't been fatigued. I so know what you are talking about. Hope you feel better. With my first boy I gained 4 pounds the last week I was pregnant, but after delivering weighed 25 pounds less than when I got…

I have graves disease and have found it very difficult. I'm on medication and have been for about a year and a half and it just seems like the weight will not budge.

If pizza is what you want your reward to be then I wouldn't recommend going all out and getting a large meat lovers. Lean cuisine makes a 3 meat pizza that is pretty good. I also love pizza and it@ 380 calories satisfies my craving. If you don't want to try a microwave pizza but would prefer pizza hut or papa johns ect..…
