My gym was open so I did chest and triceps plus 30 minutes of cardio.

Hi Everyone, I'm just trying to get refocused on getting to the gym. Last summer I hit my goal of 165 but lost motativation around the end of October and climbed back to 178. Now I want to get back to 165 by February 20th for my trip to Las Vegas and Phoenix.
