The only thing I've really cut out is sweets. And fast food... and soda and juice... lol. I've cut out bad food. I don't feel carbs are bad when eaten in moderation. I'm eating 1200 cals a day and making sure it's all healthy choices. I try to work out when able, since I work full time overnights it doesn't always happen.…

Hi! My goal is 110 pounds. I have a long way to go, but I just started 3 weeks ago and have already lost 15 pounds! My weigh in day is Thursday. I'm really pushing myself this time and feel like having weight loss buddies helps a lot. You have to be accountable then! Lol! :)
