  • I've learned that cheat days don't work. When I've had an entire day to "cheat", I seem to fall back into bad habits. I've been working to change to having cheat "meals". Maybe getting a burger when we go out for dinner on Saturday or having a pizza with the wife. Just having some of the things I love, only in moderation.…
  • I normally don't have a lot going on Saturday mornings. I don't need to get up early for work so I can sleep in a little and then get a good run in. One of my favorite times of the week to run! Now I just need to get back into running. Fell off a bit since my half marathon in September!

  • I drank a lot of soda in college (makes a wonderful chaser haha). I stopped cold turkey and was able to kick the habit pretty quickly and haven't felt better! Once you get rid of it for a week or two, you no longer crave it! Water just tastes so much better now! Good luck!
