Listen to your body and know the difference between good pain and an injury

you can do it, you may have to run 2 miles walk 1 mile if your longest run is 4 miles. When you can make it to 9 mile run you should be be able to do the half just by walking 100 yards or so per water stop. Don't hurt yourself by running to much to quick and there is no shame in walking

I run alone and enjoy the time to myself but after a long run I enjoy drinking and talking to other runners

Cleveland area here, if you go towards Lorain, Day's Dam is a wonderful plus for a run or walk

Haven't been to Church in years but just like X-mas and Easter I join in for lent. This year is no tv, which I believe will help with increasing my activity level and snacking.

What I am reading says, oat bran, red yeast rice, quit smoking, lose weight, fish oil, beans and lentils, apples and oranges. I just started but hopefully I can say this helped in a couple months. My current number is 293
