I love Jillian workouts too! I did Hard Body this morning. Did Body Revolution last year and lost 30 lbs! Have about 10 more to go. I'm not sure how many calories are burned. I'm sure we would need a fit bit to really know?

I've been told that weight loss is 80% of what you eat and 20% exercise. Focus on the food on the bad days and start walking on the good days. Sorry to hear about your wife. Best of luck!

My tattoo guy says no working out for 4 days - and the day of the tattoo does not count as one. It sucks but you don't want it infected. I was stationed in Naples, Italy. Our base was on lock down for 3 days. Once there is an attack, bases go on a high level of security as multiple attacks are likely. Sad, sad day! We will never forget!

The only explanation I can think of for my left being dominate (and me being right handed) is 20 years of military service with my left arm carrying everything and my right arm ready to salute. My non-military friends favor their right arms to carry things - if their right handed.

I'm going to try this. I've been making zucchini pizza by cutting in half, gutting and slicing the bottom of so it doesn't roll. Add pizza sauce, toppings and cheese. I love it!

I can do one! Almost two. I "attempt" 8 pull ups every morning. My son has a pull up bar on one of the doorways. So, it's slow progress but it's working.

Good will power! Another thing that I think about: I am not going to eat a bunch of useless calories at the beginning of the day. I do have a cheat meal once or twice a week - and I enjoy it!

I agree! Wrinkles are filled in when you're fat. I've dropped 37 lbs and boom! Wrinkles!!!! - but I do have a younger looking body. I guess you can't have it all!

I drink one herbal life shake a day for the nutrition factor. For the people who think they taste terrible - you must not have the shake flavor list. This morning I had White Chocolate Snickers and yesterday I had Lemon Cupcake. Yum Yum.

I used to get sick in the morning from low blood sugar. I started making sure I have protein for breakfast - eggs and canadian bacon, etc. I don't get shakey, sweaty, and feel like I will vomit anymore. My birthday was Friday and I worked out hard all week so I could have a cheat meal AND cake and ice cream. It was awesome! Now I'm going to work out hard all week. I really think a cheat meal is fine as long as it is one time a week and it is PLANNED. It's pure heaven and something I look forward to every week!

Work out in the AM when you get up! It is a great start to the day and you are burning calories all day PLUS you feel great!
