I am 5'7.5. When I was chunky, I had issues with regular jeans. I am down to 138 and now they are fine. My conclusion: my butt has shrunk dramatically and needs less jeans to pull over it! Kind of dumb but a coworker is having the same problem. She gained weight and now has high waters. Does that make sense?

One more key thing - plan your meals and cut up fruit/veggies the night before. It takes time but it is key to being successful!

I thought the same thing! 8 minutes to 20 minutes? I just did it and didn't stop! Woo Hoo! Granted I did go slow so I could breath!! I feel great!! How did it go for you?

Oh, man! I am scared. I start Week 11 on Monday! I do find the exercises are hard the first few times but by the time I get them mastered, the 2 weeks is over! Think I'm going to keep doing these workouts during the summer.

I am having the same problem! I have lost 30 lbs since New Year's - just got divorced - now where did my motivation go? I ate Chinese buffet yesterday - and man was it good!!! I felt so guilty that I worked out 3x!!!! Please add me - we can motivate each other!!!!

I am on Week 4. I am not running/jogging for speed. I am running/jogging for time. For me, I'm not trying to win a race. I am trying to learn to breath and run without stopping. I think you should go for Week 4 just slow it down and breath.

I just did workout 10 this morning for the first time!!! Wow. It made me sweat!!!! It will take me two weeks to master it and then I'm off to Workouts 11 and 12. I'm loving this program!!!

Thank you all! I am really happy and feel healthier than I ever have! It was a struggle getting the weight to come off but once I found my best exercise time of the day, it seemed to have sped up my metabolism!

I have lost 28 lbs. Eating healthy and exercising. I see muscles now! But my family and coworkers are saying I look sickly and frail! What? Are you nuts? I am feeling strong and confident!!! Oh, and yes egwene. I love the low cal menu items! Now that's a treat to eat good when I go out too!!!!

I workout at 3:45am and don't eat prior too. I think I would puke if I did! I have a protein shake afterwards. I love the morning workouts - it's like a big cup of coffee!!!!

Hi Sarah, I'm in your boat. I am doing the 90 Day Revolution in the AM but I added Jillian's ab DVD at night. I don't think it's overkill. I love how I feel. Our training is more aerobic than weight lifting.

I walk through the cemetery too and a similar situation happened. My 18-year old son said a lot of kids smoke pot there. I carry my cell and pepper spray from now on. Better safe than sorry!

I retired from the Navy. My daughter is currently active duty Navy and my son is joining the Marines in July. Now to work on my 13-year old to get her to join! It's a great way to start your life. Not everyone is a lifer but you definitely will learn a lot! Good luck to everyone!

I don't know about the Victoria's Secret deal. If you're just friends, it should be something else. Like maybe, some kind of self improvement rewards. I agree. 600 calories is my max for dinner. I ate a 8' thin crust cheese pizza from Monical's the other night - not worth it! I could have had a huge salad with practically anything I wanted and icecream. Funny - I get 600 calories and I still find a way to pig out!

I drink at least half of my weight (in oz) in water. I love Sassy Water. It's really hard to drink plain ole water - unless it's hot out - and we are not there yet in Illinois!!!!

Today is my last day of Kickstart! 13 workouts done in 7 days - one to go. Do any of you continue to do two workouts a day? It's kind of fun - although with the weather getting nicer, I'm heading outside soon!
