The thing about water for me is that it helps curtail hunger. I try to drink a glass each time before I eat. I also try to wait 10 minutes after I drink it to eat. Just thought of one other thing. There is no magic here. But if there is any magic, it is drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Drink one full glass before each time you eat. This will make you feel a lot fuller. I agree with others that eating 5-6 times a days helps. This keep your metabolism and blood sugar on an even keel.…

Half a cup serving of Jello Instant No fat no sugar pudding. Make it with skim milk. I got the idea from Nutrisystem. They have an instant pudding dessert in their mix. I discovered I could do the same thing with Jello on the open market for way less money.

Half a cup of plain oatmeal with 10 grams of raisins for flavor 1 banana sliced with half a cup of plain fat free yogurt 1 egg fried or hard boiled 2 glasses of water and a cup of tea Doesn't sound that great but I look forward to it every morning. It tastes pretty good and it is satisfying to me.

I vote with the "Thank you for noticing" group. After losing 30 pounds, it really showed in my face and in my clothes. I had to buy some new pants and belts because I lost 2 inches of waist. I am glad I did not do all this starving from nothing.
