SW: 184.7 CW:178.5 Down 1.2 lbs this week. Hit a plateau for a while, but I think I'm finally breaking through it.

SW: 183.7 CW: 179.7 Lost most of those 4lbs in the first couple of days, and have been at 179.7 for a few days now. I've been hitting a 1000cal/day deficit (as measured by BodyMedia Fit), so I'm on track to lose 2lbs per week.

Science buddies are the best! I'm a mix of physics and engineering. Finishing up my Master's this term, then heading straight into the PhD. My niche is the design & implementation of new technologies that take advantage of recent advances in quantum mechanics. I do a lot of ultracold atom and quantum optics work.
