My feet got smaller...

Count me in!

I would love to be your friend

Add me! I need all the motivation I can get, and I'm happy to give it out as well.

I would love to be your friend :flowerforyou:

I agree with this. Especially starting out, you may be sore and not want to go back to back days. It's something to work up to if the first class is more strenuous than you expected.

Many, many, years ago I was stretching at the gym (I've always been quite 'bendy') and an older woman approached me saying, "You must be a dancer! I admire your build. Are you a ballerina?" She was so nice and completely serious. I never forgot it. :blushing:

Wow... I'm impressed with your passionate concern for future generations.

I nearly died laughing at "runninjoggins"! I'm going to use that term the very first chance I get!

The cut makes a huge difference. Fuller coverage will keep them contained better. Also, the sizing clearly matters. Too big and they fall out, too small and they "migrate" out.

I'm not on a low carb diet, but if I eat anything more than a bite within 4 hours of running I get severe side stitches and have to stop. I'll drink a cup of coffee before a morning run or just drink water leading up to an afternoon run.

If you run, you are a runner... I suppose if you jog, you are a jogger? To each their own.

I just don't tell them I'm trying to lose weight. My mom is particularly bad about shaming me into poor food choices.

I'll add a little advice I didn't see anyone else say... If it feels particularly challenging one week, it's perfectly ok to go back a week and repeat. I was incredibly slow when I first started and I had absolutely no excuses. I'm not old; I'm not excessively overweight. Yet somehow I still felt like I would pass out from…

I use MapMyRun synced with my Polar HRM. I haven't had any issues with it lately. It would fail to record some workouts several months ago. I think they've fixed the bug.

I agree with 6, you are quite slim
-
You did well Achrya  I like the male version of this game

I'm thinking around a 15/16.

Hmm... I asked my boyfriend and he says an 11. I'm not sure I agree with that, but I with the numbers didn't have the descriptors because I would never refer to myself as "voluptuous".
-
I see more of a 12
-
I think you are closer to 5 than you are to 11 already :)

I think I'm a 12 or 15... I'd like to be a 3 or 5.
