Its seems like youve been through alot, but its clear that since youve lost the weight before, you can do it again! try not to think about gaining it back. Tell yourself that you will not gain it back! You owe it to yourself! Take one day at a time. You can do this!

It all depends honestly. I just try to make sure if i eat a larger dinner, it'll be early in the evening and not late. But most of the time its breakfast i think.

I would recommend first having a home health care aides come to the house, that way she can still be home, but someone would be there if she needed help, also to help clean up and do things around the house for her.
