While based on the same info I have 1500 per day while trying to lose 1 lb a week.

Doesn't sound like a healthy lifestyle change and if it's not a permanent change you won't keep the weight off permanently.

For breakfast had wonderful burritos and spent most of my calories. Think I'll have burrito with refried beans tonight. I do, however, have salmon for later in the week, as well as, smoke pork chops for later in the week.

Your "DH" huh ;) I have only been on 2 cruises (not dieting at the time) but only gained 3 lbs each time b/c walk walk walk. Have fun!

First I am eating more protein and fiber (salads, fresh fruits, pb, whole grains) meaning I stay full longer and don't need all the snacks I used to have. Thanks for sharing the site. My favorite at Subway is 6" Italian BMT on white with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, sweet peppers and mayo. Just under 600 calories. (I normally go to Wawa's though and get a 4" sub.)
