Read. Last year I had horrible insomnia (which I think was due to working out at night). I opted not to take any medication despite being prescribed something by my doctor. My body finally adjusted to it, and I now sleep like a log!

We have Netflix and Amazon Prime. I use Netflix more for shows (great for kids shows) and use my prime when I can't find something I want on Netflix. I primarily have the Prime for the 2 day shipping and free books.
