Asparagus has the best texture. I sautee mine with OO and garlic to where it's still crunchy. I like the stringy originality of asparagus. Yum.

I moved back home with my parents who believe that eating is the end all be all of life and I just started eating really unhealthy food. That and the fact that I still thought that I was like I was when I was 18, eating a bunch of crap and never gaining weight.

I would give it more time. I noticed that if I weigh myself on Mondays, I'm still carrying the "cheat" weight I ate during the weekend. So, I switched to Thursday. One of my favorite exercises. Before I was pregnant, I would never miss my classes. It is so much fun. Take a water bottle (a big one), towel and comfortable clothes. Workout sneakers, and clothes you don't mind getting sweaty in.

I'm currently 186, started at 193 (post-baby weight). I want to be down to 130. I would be happy with a size 4 or 6 if that meant more numbers on my weight.

Hi I'm an English teacher. My husband is a Math teacher. I'd like to be friends. I'm looking to lose 60 lbs and have just started my journey. I'm focusing on eating right now and once I get that in, I'll add more exercise into my routine. I'm currently only doing walking due to knee pain.
