I mix up my exercise I walk/jog some days in the morning, or I do a video 30day shred/biggest loser cardio.. Yea!! I am excited to!! I really need a push to get out of the 170's I keep hovering around 173-171 but hopefully this will help!! I love Spaghetti Squash!! I stab it a few times then microwave it for about 8 min (untill it is soft like it will move when you touch it, still firm and not mushy though) and then just cut in half scoop out the seeds and take a fork and pull out meat of squash...its stringy but so good! I have just under 30lbs to go to get to my first weight goal (might go lower if I feel I need to we'll see) and I am starting to slow down, I was thinking of doing a Pandora bead for my bracelet for every 10 lbs! I just have a thing for charm bracelets!

:wink: I think if they are late(like by a day or so) or dont check in by the third week they should be replaced..I mean if they care then its no big deal to reply to the thread once on Monday or send the captian a message...and if it is a big deal then maybe this challenge just isnt for them...no hard feelings or anything…

I just had one of those new skinny cow heavenly crisp candy bars, they are only 110 calories and are pretty yummy! totally hit the spot but I can go for a few weeks without craving chocolate but when I do I love the dove mini pieces of dark chocolate. It's all in moderation just find a good way to do it.
